Update API Version to 50 on the Skyvva package

In the previous version, the Skyvva app uses API version under 30 for Apex class, Apex trigger, Aura, Lwc component, and Visalforce page. Salesforce will retire API usage till version 30 in Summer 23. Therefore we have updated it to version 50.
