Enhanced SAP Control Board to support the connection destination for SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI adapter.

The connection destination is the configuration between salesforce to another system. We have enhanced the SAP control Board to support SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI adapters with connection destinations, therefore we can do manual processing via these adapters.
