Added New Setup Menu and Moved Log Menu into Setup

We have added a new Setup menu to organize Agent configuration options in one place.

The SSL Configuration and Log Configuration menus are now available under the main Setup menu. This makes the Agent Local Web App easier to use and keeps configuration-related menus grouped together.
