3. Enhancement

Added Generate PFX File from the Agent Local Web App

Previously, users had to manually generate the PFX file using an external application in order to enable HTTPS for the Agent. We have now added a new Generate PFX page in the Agent Local Web App. This page allows users to generate a PFX file directly from the Agent by uploading the required certificate file, private key, and optional CA bundle.

After the files are uploaded, the Agent automatically generates the PFX keystore, saves it in the Agent certificate folder, and writes the SSL configuration to the Agent properties file. The user will then be prompted to restart the Agent so the HTTPS configuration can take effect.

This enhancement simplifies the SSL setup process and removes the need to use an external tool to generate the PFX file.

Added Agent Installation Support for Linux Server

We have added support for installing the SKYVVA Agent on a Linux server. The Linux installation package allows users to install and configure the Agent directly on supported Linux environments. The installer guides users through the required setup steps, including database configuration, Agent credentials, installation folder selection, and service setup. Users can now install and manage the SKYVVA Agent on Linux servers more easily using the Linux installation package and standard Linux service commands.

Improved Agent Connection Monitoring with Live Connection and Last Ping Status

Previously, it was difficult to clearly determine whether a Non-Open Firewall connection was live, disconnected, or whether the last ping check was healthy, failed, or unknown. When a connection was dead or a ping failed, the Agent did not provide enough detailed information to help users understand the reason. We have enhanced Agent connection monitoring by adding live connection health tracking and last ping status details, allowing the Agent Local Web Application Connection page to display clear health indicators, updated connection actions, and a detailed health modal that shows the connection state, ping status, last ping time, last successful ping time, response time, connection message, and last error message, so users can quickly determine whether the connection is connected or disconnected, whether the latest ping was successful, and why a connection or ping may have failed. This enhancement improves troubleshooting for Non-Open Firewall connections and helps administrators better monitor the real-time Salesforce Pub/Sub connection health from the Agent Local Web Application.
