Fixed Salesforce Bulk InvalidSessionId errors after idle periods

Salesforce Bulk interfaces could fail after long idle periods, especially nightly or scheduled runs, because the adapter did not reliably refresh an expired Salesforce session. Redeploying the iFlow temporarily resolved the issue by creating a new session. The adapter now detects invalid session errors from Bulk APIs, clears stale access tokens before re-login, retries Salesforce calls with bounded retry handling, preserves typed exceptions, and recreates Bulk connections after re-login. This prevents repeated InvalidSessionId retry failures and reduces the need to redeploy the adapter or iFlow.
