Rename receiver Tab From Skyvva to Processing

Previously, the receiver configuration included the Connection and SKYVVA tabs. The SKYVVA tab has now been renamed Processing. The Processing tab contains the processing, request, and operation settings relevant to the selected Processing Type. To access the SKYVVA-specific settings, select SKYVVA from the Processing Type picklist.
